*****ing my Money

in Jan 2014 i requested all my insurance policies related to my vehicle with Std bank be cancelled, however it seems that every month there is a premium being ****** from my account by Std bank for some touch up policy.please review my calls when i cancelled the policy and requested all be cancelled and return my money you stole from me! i tried for 12 minutes to get hold of someone and surprise nobody answers the phone, the standard of customer service is astonishing.... <br>
