*****ING MONEY!!!!

<p>I went to draw money on 20/05/2016 at our local Spar’s Standard Bank ATM outide Spar. I drew from 2 of my Standard bank accounts and then after doing a balance enquiry on my husband's ABSA account and I ried to draw R600 and received an of error that it was unsuccessful. I decided to rather swipe the card inside spar and it was declined. When I checked the bank account online, the money was his account (at the ATM transaction) but no money was given. </p> <p>He lodged a query with ABSA and on 01/06 received a sms saying that the 3rd party (std bank) claim was declined and a letter has been sent. </p> <p>I tried phoning Standard Bank, as I bank with Standard bank and after being put through to 4 different departments I was told they cannot help me as it was a ABSA (We must contact either Saswitch or ABSA, who just say the 3rd party declined) client and they cannot help me (us). No explanation and your money is just ****.......GONE!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
