std stole my R600

Hi all, I have a problem with stdbank, 15 and 16 september, they deducted 300 each day(15 n 16) I then called on the 16 to ask what happened to my money, a consultant said she can't assist because she's not working on the credit department. I then called the following day another consultant then referred me to a branch near me. I went to hilbrow branch, no 1 gave me an answer they all keep on hiding behind procedures. Requested to speak to a manager he then said there's nothing he can do to help, as they have logged a query for my issue to b investigated Service request no. ***.the manager made me to withdraw money from my savings account and R200 was the penalty for with drawing money from that account, loosing more money. No one gave me a solution instead they made me waste more money. My problem is money cannot disappear in my account without someone authorizing it. As per their business rule when a transaction of more than R100 you will receive an sms but R600 was withdrawn from my account I did nor receive an sms<br>
