Std Master Card on my profile that needs to be closed and removed please

I see an open Std Bank Master Card with an open balance of R45,000 reflected against my credit profile, as the only Std CC I had was settled and closed in 2018, I am a little confused by this reflection. And welcome Std Bank to contact me in writing to my email address to advise where this active account comes from and why it is not removed from my credit profile if reflected of the account settled in 2018 - as per received Std Bank paid up letter.
