Std having there own way with out customers

Stand bank sa for the the pass 15 year or so I was banking with std bank my account as been handle with out my approval I feel std bank as taken my rights away with out my approval. Std need to have a look at security issue with bank by law u can can not take money from my account when u feel like with out my approval
