STD ***** department

I would like to express the level of disappointment I have experienced with Standard Bank.<br> it all started on the 28th of Jan, a withdrawal of R5000 on my account in the early hours of the morning. I then called the bank on the same day and they told me to open a ***** case, which I did, got a reference number \***"and I was told it takes up to 7 days. 7 days later the case it still not finalized. No one bothers to give feedback"
