STD Customer Service is the WORST!

I cannot stand STD bank been using the bank for few months, i regret that decision. I never reported my card ****** and i do not have a new card but i am charged a card replacement fee. So i call STD bank they ask me security questions and ask for my account number which i dnt know by heart and i dnt have access to my app so i failed security verification. Now am told to go to the branch which i have been a number of times and i have never been helped except for the day i was opening an account of cause. Its clear that I have to keep coming to Hello Peter and complain for them to assist me. So here we are again :)
