STD breached POPI Act

Standard bank sent my bank statements to my employer without my consent and when I queried it they said there is no record that it was printed. My employer has connections at STD and has people high up who were able to provide them with my information. STD you breached POPI Act and you compromised Mt personal information. I want this investigated and I need answers before I take this further
