STD bonds

I'm very disappointed in STD bonds We have some accounts that we want to settle with our profit out our sale of our house. (we had a business and close it a year ago because we want to move because we have a son that have autism and we need to move near his school, the business couldn't get any credit because we started it 6 years ago from scratch so the stock that we bought was on my name. But like I said we've close the shop and we have enough profit out our sale of our house to pay for it. ) We can afford the house. And we told STD and Give them a list what we going to settle. And now they say to us they don't take in account what we going to settle. What the hell - this is a subject to sale. So STD want us to sit with the accounts that we want to settle, that we want to pay off not to have accounts that we don't need anymore. This is ridiculous we try to pay everything off and we have the money out of our house profit. And STD won't help us. I can't understand that. I need help our contract is expiring the 14th of November then we lose our seller of our house and our house was now 2 years on the market and we lose the house 2 blocks from the school. And there is not a lot of houses that is going on the market near the school. If you don't want to do it for us do it for my son that have autism we buy the house for him that he will have a house if we going to die in 50 years. The community that we want to move to now children with autism and will help him when we not there. Where we stay now he will have no help. Please we need some help with this bond.
