Std Bank.. Your service suck 🙄

Currently have a credit card. In February I requested for a credit limit increase which was granted after a telephonic call that was 45 minutes long. At the end of March I settled this account and reduced my credit limit from 69k to 10k. Today I had an emergency and called Std Bank prestige banking to increase my limit to 20k. What a disappointing call. They told me applications was declined cos of my recent settlement so I have to wait 3 to 6 months. I've been banking with Std Bank for 36 years. Never ever once defaulted on my account and to get this kind of service after being rated a prestige banker. Std bank.. I DON'T NEED YOUR SERVICE. I will get better service from other banks. Your service sucks. I will be closing my account in the next 2 days
