Std bank WORST bank ever

If I can give a 0 star that would have been perfect. They block your account due to *****ulent activities, refuse to help you to transfer your money to another account so you can at least use your OWN money. This is the second time now that Standard bank is blocking a profile and refuse to help me get access to MY money, I have phoned them gave all my details correctly to them, and they are like no you we can not verify you as you have given the wrong details. Been sending emails and calling and promised that a manager would phone me back. Yet it has been 2 days and still ABSOLUTELY NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER from Standard bank. I will NOT recommend this bank to anyone, as they refuse to help you gain access to your OWN money!!!!!!
