STD Bank U-Count SUX

U-Count Rewards from STD Bank I have had it for years, until 2 years ago it was great, i went from Tier 2 to tier 3, for me to get to Tier 4 i needed to get a Loan or do a few things this was done. I went from a tier 3 to 2 and no one is getting back to me, my Bank manager seems to be fighting a loosing battle.

i wonder if the other banks do the same! Shame on you STD Bank!
