Std Bank took R22500 out of my credit card

On the 20 Feb 2015 Std Bank took R22500 out of my Credit card after I have instructed them not to do it and completed a dispute form and phoned the card ***** division and Cancelled the credit card. They refuse to refund me and now my credit card is blocked and handed over to legal. I am a customer with Std Bank for 20 years and this is now affecting my credit record and it is ruining me financially and enriching Std Bank for a mistake made by Std Bank now I must pay and suffer. Std Bank are misussing its power over the customers and are violating my consumer rights. Now they victimising me with phone calls late at night about payments affecting me emotionally mentally and physically.
