Std Bank Student Loans - NO client service

Trying since November to get a balance on a student loan. I need to change the statement delivery address to email. I need to change the debit order details. When you call Covid is an excuse not to answer calls. When you go to a branch they say you should send an email. On approximately 8 emails sent I have received 2 no-reply reponses. It is really pathetic. What happened to client service? I wonder if I stop the debit order if they will then contact me.
