Std Bank still not given proof that i was advised

Std bank has still not given me evidence or proof , that they have advised me earlier this year regarding the overdraft review fee, which I have been querying all along. the only thing so far, is that Mr Bongani Sibiya, a Manager called me and said I must just accept it , and then emailed me the brochure with all the Fees.He says that I was advised earlier this year(in January) about this new fee, but when I ask him to please tell me when and how and show me when I was \supposedly"advised"
