STD BANK *****ING MY MONEY!

i closed this contract save at the end of Jan 16, but another R 500 was deducted on the 1st Feb. I went to cape gate branch and ask for this to be refunded. Dealt with Thando. I received a statement reflecting R 500 refunded, but my bank account only received R 300.75. I have complained at both Cape Gate & Pinelands branch (as well as posting 3 x secure ,messages on my internet banking) but NO FEEDBACK & STILL NO MONEY PAID TO ME!!! I WANT MY R 199.25 AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT I HAVE RECEIVED NO FEEDBACK! This is theft and should this not be sorted ASAP, I am going to the SAPS.
