STD BANK REFUSES POINT BLANK CEDING OF THE BOOKS

I have been wanting to cede my life cover policy from Old Mutual in favour of Standard Bank home loan since March 2015, faxed the documents and nothing was done by standard bank. I tried again in May, this time std bank acknowledged me by phoning advising me they received the documents & need to know which e-mail address can they use in order to send the documents back to Old Mutual. I gave them the e-mail address. After about 2 weeks, I phoned Old Mutual wanting to find out about the progress on the cession. Old Mutual advised me, that they sent the papers back to Std Bank advising them they need a signature and a company stamp whereby Std Bank acknowledges and accepts the cession, and now its June, STD BANK REFUSES POINT BLANK to allow me to cede my policy. My policy no. is ***. By the way, this is not the first experience I had with Std bank, also on my personal loan account no. *** same happened. They charged me +- R100/ month, I wanted to cede my insurance on this one as well, they refused point blank on this as well, said its not compulsory to have the life cover, the only thing they can do is to CANCEL the life cover, and SO THEY DID.STD BANK *****S FRM THE POOR
