Std Bank ***

I went to Pick n Pay to do a cash at till withdrawal and they took off the amount as I can clearly see my balance go lower with the amount. Then I realised later on that Standard Bank took off the same amount as a card purchase at Pick n Pay (keywest in Krugersdorp). Now I have a service request number being - *** now the call centre agent tells me that it was incorrectly created. Firstly they take my money then they throw me from one pillar to another. I hope to be assisted with this otherwise I will go Billboard on Standard Bank.
