Std Bank RCL making unfounded accusations AGAIN!!

This is the 2nd time in the past couple of months that Std Bank is threatening me regarding a Revolving loan I took out in Decemeber 22. This past weekend I received an sms stating - 'Standard Bank: Dear Client, your revolving loan has been suspended. Please pay amount due to have it reinstated and to ensure it is not permanently revoked' You must understand this loan is paid via a debit order each end every month, and I have twice paid in extra amounts, so I should be ahead on this loan. But instead I get threats like this, for the 2nd time. The last time Std Bank apologised and admitted they were at fault, they even promised to send a letter confirming this. I never received the letter. This is incompetence for such a big institution to have its systems fail in this way. I wonder how many clients have been affected by something similar.

I expect this to be fixed ASAP, and someone from Std Bank to explain to me why this has happened AGAIN!!
