Std Bank Private bank is useless 3rd time no reply

3rd attempt. 1st, 2nd time ignored<br> <br> I have a credit card with Standard Bank private Bank. <br> <br> I was abroad for 18 months (had access to email and my phone was on roaming) and unbeknownst to me my credit card was overdue. They handed me over without my private banker contacting me or anyone else for that matter telling me my account was even in arrears.<br> <br> I returned on the 8th Feb for a family function and tried to use my card. When it declined, I found out about the hand over. I immediately paid it off in full on the 2nd of march, 3 days after it had been handed over ( 27th feb). All was good, I thought. <br> In April, I wanted to buy a property and pulled a credit report, only to find it had just been added as a default, long after it was resolved. My private banker even sent me a letter apologising for the fact that it had been handed over without me being contacted and assured me it would be sorted.<br> <br> I have been trying since march to have the default removed. I have been told repeatedly that it was done. Even after being assured by the executive complaints dept and them pulling my credit report to confirm, IT IS STILL THERE.<br> <br> I am really getting desperate. They are completely useless.
