Std bank premature repossession

After trying all means to resolve this issue with std bank, I still find myself turning to the ombudsman and hello peter to try and help me locate somebody with humane s****s to assist. I have emailed the complaints dept, unsuccessful. I have been to their legal division and lawyers for my vehicle which contract which was unfairly terminated. I did not receive any notice to pay the full amount yet it was terminated without me being contacted. Had I known I would have paid the R3500 due. This is the kind of service business owners receive with standard bank. Where for R3500 a contract is terminated and they request full balance payment. Usually with other banks this method is used when a customer fails to pay for 3 consecutive months. I was R3500 short. I have sent countless emails, tried to speak to countless advisors. The lawyers handling it have no mercy or humanity and are merely serving their client. Standard bank. so somebody from std bank sent this to the lawyers, somebody should recall my file and re instate my contract as it is up to date. I have never received any warnings or notices to pay and it is my only means of survival. Where are the senior managers of the bank? If this is the case then how many other SA citizens are falling victim to their system of term contracts without discussing with their client and coming to an agreement. In this tough economical time, many others are going to have a bad month here and there. Does that mean that Std bank will just terminate. Please get back to me as I am going to take this matter to the ombudsman and as far as I need to due to the unsatisfactory responses and zero attempts to rectify this. call centre says call legal..legal says call lawyer. lawyet says there is nothing they can do pay the full amount. full amount of a vehicle that should never have been terminated? Because the 10 day notification apparently sent ... was never received? kindly show proof that it was received and ignored. It seems as though I have been victimised and the stress it has caused my family and i is beyond frustrating. Somebody needs to be held accountable.
