Std Bank Potch Branch STUDENT loans - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
<p>SIX weeks to make things happen. ... and then it STILL hasn't happened!</p> <p>NO communication.</p> <p>Don't call back as they promise!</p> <p>NEVER available! Absolutely NO idea that our business pays their salaries.</p> <p>How sad! </p>

No mail received ..... I am not contacting Std Bank (branch or complaint centre) one more time.
Student loan still not sorted and now the complaint resolution centre promised a mail and that has not been sent either!
I wish I call a PERSON and not be directed to a automated voice service which cuts you off!
I am totally apalled at the service!
