STD Bank Over Debited

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I need urgent feedback with my Home Loan Account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted your Call centre and believe me they are worst than a Govt, as if I'm talking to the walls.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have then inconvienced my self and went to the branch and finally got constructive feedback, in which I had to draft a letter and provide a "BEG"letter for my own money as The Home loans dept did not follow instuctions.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could i kindly have feedback, if not i will communicate with the Ombudsmen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>KD Jugdow</p>
