Std Bank no longer a vendor of City Of Cape Town

In the beginning of last month, I tried to purchase electricity on line and it was declined but as it was after hours, I did not bother to call the \service provider"as instructed by STD Bank. I tried again last week and the message once again popped up that the transaction is declined and I must contact the \""service provider\""<br> <br> This time I did query it by the City of Cape Town only to be told that Std Bank is no longer a vendor!<br> <br> How bad must Std Bank be to be removed as a vendor"
