STD bank negligence to excellent clients

Im a prestige account holder with Std bank for over 20 years and have an excellent credit profile with them.My facilities include,overdraft,term loan,credit card,vehicle asset finance and a revolving loan. Due to the covid 19 lockdown,my salary was cut by 50% which directly affected my commitments.I wrote to std bank at the beginning of April and received emails requesting documents and reasons as to why i requested a payment holiday for the different accounts held at this institution.In May all monies where taken out by std bank to satisfy my accounts held with them although i requested it not be done. I responded to all emails and sent all documents,made multiple phone calls but never received any feedback. On the 27th of May 2020 ,i called std bank and requested to speak to a team leader and was directed to a Mrs cecelia Monyadzi. Mrs Monyadzi stipulated that i should copy her with all relevant emails that where sent to Std bank previously.i Did and she responded some time later that this application will be processed within 24hrs. On monday 1 June 2020 I called several times to question why my monies were not refunded as promised, i was told told they knew nothing about it. I have made several calls to the debt care centre and also tried to reach Mrs Monyadzi with no joy as i was pushed around to different consultants who could not help and stated that as i was dealing with Mrs Monyadzi ,i should try to reach her.Ive sent several emails with no response but eventually got hold of a consultant that gave me Mrs Monyadzi"s direct line. I called her and she was apologetic about the response from STD BANK and told me this matter will be escalated to her manager. I had r20 left in my account since 26 of May 2020 and i get an email from the overdraft dept to rectify my accoun as i have overdrawn my account by R294 which was for bank fees.In response i sent an email stating why the acoount was overdrawn and get a response from the overdraft dept telling to stop all my debit orders and threating to cancel my facilities if i dont pay in. this situation arose because of STD BANK taking all monies that where in the account. I want all monies taken out to be refunded as of APRIL 2020.
