Std bank Messes up my credit record

I lodged a complaint against Std bank earlier this year as they had defaulted me on a loan that was paid up in August 2014. They did get back to me and the default was lifted, however the payment history was not removed as my credit report is still showing me as a late (bad) payer from August 2014 - February 2015 when I lodged my complaint.<br> <br> In February, after complaining to Hello Peter, a guy called Nkululeko called me and he was the one who helped with the lifting of the default, he even gave me his direct number incase I check my credit report and it wasn't in order: *** but this line just rings, no answer.<br> <br> I went to a Std bank branch (Hyde Park) and spoke to Angel Mokhele and her team lead, but I wasn't helped, I was told the branch manager is on training on the day. I gave them proof of payment as well as the settlement letter but no help. What must I do to get Std bank to remove this incorrect history on my credit profile. I'm trying to get a home loan and I can't get it because of this bad history.<br> <br> Please help <br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Palesa
