Std Bank is deliberately not sending me statements of how much I owe,and therefore I have been defaulting on Payments . They also dont want to make Payment arrangements yet I do pay monthly

Standard Bank Vehicle Finance ,is not willing to assist me,this is after numerous attemp[ts to make an arrangement with them,instead they give my account to Legal collections ,different companies that are constantly harassing me over payment.

I have been communicating with them since February of 2024 requesting that they make an arrangement on all the outstanding payments, but I never get any assistance , instead they push me from pillar to post . Last month I also made a Public complaint on Hello Peter , they never helped me ,instead I was told the account is with their legal department.

I also dont receive any Statements from Std Bank as I should ,I have called them several time requesting the Statements,but they simply ignore my request for a monthlky statement,they pretend to be taking my details but they never send me any statement,it has been 3 years now,without me knowing how much I owe and how much is due,

They then give their Lawyer friends my name ,so that their assocuates can make money out of us as Clients.
