Std. Bank Internet Banking rejects email address

I have sent numerous email complaints and have yet to receive ANY response.<br> <br> I cannot make EFT payments because the Std. Bank Internet Banking system will not accept my email address in order to send me proof of payment. <br> <br> I have been a customer for over 30yrs, but I could clean out my account and move today because of this shoddy service. <br> <br> Why - is there no communication? What - is the problem? I need some sort of answer and solution!
