STD bank insurance compromising client's life

I had a motor vehicle accident, where all 6 airbags were deployed. This insurance said they will fix the 6 airbags through their preferred panel beater. <br> <br> I raised my concerns with their assessor regarding my safety in the vehicle and requested that they give me a lifetime guarantee, from the manufacture of the vehicle (not the panel beater) but they failed to do that. The ombudsman has also failed me by not attending to this matter the way they should have.<br> <br> How is this insurance putting me in the same position (as they say) I was in before the loss/Damage? How do I travel with my family, not knowing what will happen if I have another accident? If I have another accident and the airbags don't work, will the insurance bring back the lives of my children? or only then will they come and offer to bury them?<br> <br> My life is precious to me and the people around me, I am NOT risking it by driving a car that is not safe. No one has begged me to pay my premiums, and I don't expect to be begging this insurance to do their job correctly and considerately.<br> <br> I will would really like to be assisted with this.
