Std Bank Ignoring High court order for 3 years and then declining my application based on previous scores

Std Bank is the only bank who decided to ignore a high court order which was submitted to them in 2013 when I was rehabilitated after losing my business and pretty much everything else. It took 8 years to get to the rehabilitation point. I app**** for a istore card and was declined on previous payment history codes. The high court order stated all debt was cleared and profile should now be changed at the banks and all institutions. Std bank is the only one who has never done it. I pulled an ITC report and it was cleared, with the notice of rehabilitation. I have a bond of R1.95 million but Istore - being managed by Std bank declined me because of their outdated records. I phoned, I screamed, I spoke nicely, and send numerous emails with the attached documents which was emailed and a hard copy handed in at the banks. Still since the 23rd Feb 2017 I keep getting automated replies and when I ask what is going on, everytime a different person tells me they will forward the documents and someone will assist. I will now take action against Std bank for damaging my reputation and ignoring the high court order. If someone does not resolve this today, and send me proof that my record is cleared, I will take this to social media, the newspapers ect, as I am sure there is many customers who is experiencing the same issues and who has lost the ability to increase their credit record in the positive due to Std bank. It is no wonder Std is now rated the lowest of all the banks. I want the proof and answers today; otherwise STD bank will regret the fact that they feel they are above the high courts of our country.
