STD Bank Homeloans has NO customer service

I have an existing bond with standard bank home loans. I have requested an additional amount to be taken out from my existing bond, in other words I app**** for further funds. I completed all the relevant documents and sent supporting documents. They didnt advise me in the process at all I had to contact them all the time. The 3rd time I phoned to ask why they havent advised me, and the consultant simply said it was declined. They didnt even contact me or send notification of such.<br> <br> Such poor service, even though I am a prestige banker!!! I will take all my business from STD bank because this is only another one of a list of problems I had with them
