Std Bank Home loans worst service
The home loan department at Std Bank is definitely falling short on their customer service levels. I have been trying to get them to cancel my life insurance on my bond (as I have alternative insurance through Discovery) and sent them all the documents more than a month ago. Now, trying to get through to someone to check if this has been done, I am being transferred endlessly (5 different people) with the 6th person not answering in the end. Why is it so difficult to perform a simple task??
