STD BANK got my Christmas cancelled !!!

We are private clients with standard bank. We have a cheque a/c, C/Card and 3 vehicles financed with the group. We recently sold our one vehicle and when we requested settlement letters, found our personal details to be someone else. We called and corrected this, no response from bank. Today I was left for 3 hours standing at a ATM wanting to draw money to pay for our Christmas vacation. I held on for call centre agent for two hours, I was asked to drive to different ATMs to draw money. We have cash in our account, but no way to acces it. I was promised by Rihadh Mohammed that he would get back to me because he understood the urgency. I had been waiting so long to get the banks problem resolved. We had called to previous evening and made sure everything would be perfect. No cash, no Christmas, my kids are and wife is left stranded.
