Std bank give a hoot about the elderly and sick

My dad had a loan and credit card with standard bank, after some time he was unable to work, so he claimed disability from the insurance that was in place. Standard bank looked for every excuse not to pay, I even took the matter up with the Ombudsman which the case is still awaiting outcome. The ombudsman is very helpful. Standard bank employees got no ways of talking they phone my dad and send his threatening messages even though there is a case going on. My dad is very sick at the moment and my parents have no income yet they want to still make an arrangement to pay something towards the loan and credit card which Standard Bank refused. My dad is on medication and have to go to the hospital every second week, so I really think that it's very unfair to my parents, when my dad was working his account was paid up to date and he never missed an instalment. My dad was not aware of his sickness as the doctor never put him on treatment or called him for treatment.. My dad did not ask to be sick... its just terrible
