std bank fica procedures
ive been banking by std bank for longer than i can remember . i know FICA is required but std bank sent me a message that documents are required but then freeze my account the same time they send the message without a notification beforehand so i can bring documents timeously before account gets frozen and then they tel me i must wait 24hours before my account is active again due to that my bussiness has to wait and lose money
