STD bank does not value or respect their customers

I wrote a complaint about Std Bank removing money from my account without my authorization 6 days ago. Std bank hellopeter team responded and said they've reached out to the relevant team and will get back me which of course they never did, have not received not a single call text or email from anyone from that bank. This just goes to show how much they don't value their customers. I am now super disappointed in the complaints team that is supposed to follow back because they have not done their hob and if we can't even rely on them who are we going to rely on. Please just let me close this account and move on to bank that will treat me like a human being.
