STD bank does not know who has my account!

I Contacted Std bank to settle my credit card, and yes i am in arrears, but now they told me that i have to call MBD as the account was handed over to them, when i called MBD they told me that the accounts is not with them, now when i called Std bank again to tell them this, they said that they will have to send this to admin to sort out.

I have very little time to settle this account, so if they dont get back to me soon, this account will remain unpaid as the funds will be gone.

I hope that they can assist me soon
