Std Bank does not care about their customers anymore

I cant believe what is happening with Std Bank. Once a proud customer of Std Bank, i cant believe how bad it has become. This morning, my wife and I went to my Branch in Northgate. The queues were unbelievable, both the enquries and the Tellers queues.. my wife stood approx 35 minutes in the queue for the tellers, because there were only 2 tellers open. when I enquired by the lady at the front enquiry counter, she said the branch manager was not there, and didnt seem like she wanted to call another manager, because she kept on saying that the only person who was there was the team leader. Std bank, where is Northgates branch manager? when your branch is falling apart.? How can you only have 2 tellers open , when the bank is full?
