STD Bank Deceased Estates lack of communication 2

Following my Hello Peter post on 6 July 2022 with heading "STD Bank Deceased Estates lack of communication" there still has not been much positive feedback. The usual "it has been escalated r it is still being investigated is the only answers received and more empty promises are made yet again. What must be done to be kept up to date with progress all the time. Why has there not been any progress? Is there a competent and truthful person at Standard Bank Deceased Estates department that can assist?
