STD Bank debits account 3 months after transaction??????????
Have a STD bank account. Had a debit on account of over R2 000 last week and could not recall spending money. Upon contacting STD Bank, was told that it is for Purchases made in December 2017???????
REALLY?????
Over 3 months for a debit to be processed?
Std Bank, most banks put a "hold" on money if there was a transaction?
Why can you not do the same???? BTW, this is not the first time that it happened???????
Besides now being out of pocket, I also have penalty interest that I have to incur????
I do believe that this is "*********" to an extent as this bank is then not "Moving Forward"?
