STD BANK CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS INCORRECT

On Thursday 1 October I paid my monthly instalment to my credit card. After payment (I paid a larger amount into my credit card than what was expected). After all transactions it showed that I had R 1 500 credit available. (I received an sms at 21:01 however that said only R 1 402.68 was available) BUT THE BEST OF ALL AFTER NOT MAKING A-N-Y OTHER TRANSACTIONS WHEN I WENT INTO MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY IT SHOWED THAT I WAS NOW OVER R 1 000 TO R 1 500 OVER MY LIMIT. Best of all the idiotic attendant that I spoke to could not GRAB AT ALL WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT WHEN I QUERIED THIS - AS THE STATEMENTS THAT COME UP NOW IS N-O-T A-T-T<br> A-L-L LOOKING LIKE IT LOOKED ON THURSDAY NIGHT !!! HOW DO ONE GO FROM BEING IN CREDIT TO BEING IN DEBIT (AND REMEMBER DON'T TELL ME I AM WRONG I HAVE AN SMS CONFIRMING THIS !!!)
