STD BANK CANT COPE WITH COVID!!!

So sick and tires of STANDARD BANK'S poor service! Main branch in Voortrekker Street Alberton closed down. Now its a mess cos everyone goes to the small newmarket branch. I am high risk for Covid yet im expected to go sin in a queu for 4 hrs? Almost 50 people in the branch sitting up n down on make shift seats. Why? Because apparently STD BANK does not have proper acc closure protocols for COVID in place. Now they charge you acc fees for a dormant acc all because they couldnt assist! Im seriously thinking of closing all my accs with STD BANK, ive banked with then for years yet this how a person is treated. Absolutely DISGUSTED!
