Std bank ATM ****** me of my holiday
Deposit jammed in ATM at Std Bank Kokstad. Was going on holiday & decided to deposit and not carry cash. Cash jammed in ATM at 13h30 on Sat 22 Dec. I called Std bank and rec a reference. Thinking cash would be in my account today on opening of bank for business. Std bank consultant informs me that money might be in my account on 02 Jan after 7 working days! What I do not understand is I gave then the ATM number, I have the slip from the ATM that deposit jammed on Sat. What could be so complicated? Having worked as a teller in banking it's not difficult to check the deposit if valid, then deposit and credit my account. Now I must be on holiday, away from home with no money till possibly 02 Jan. Unhappy client
