Std Bank are ****s and *******.... Banking Ombudsman here I come.

Exactly a month ago I wrote a report on how useless Std Bank home loans and then personal loans divisions are. To-date both complaints were closed but no action done. The debit order dates have not been updated, neither have my personal details on their system updated after a call center agent assured me it was... ****. I have received no feedback regarding my homeloan terms been registrated incorrectly. All you receive are automated messages from the Hello Peter complaint thread.. I guess it's time to go to the banking Ombudsman and lay a formal complaint against Std Bank.. Please do not bank with Std Bank.. customer care is last on their list of keeping a customer happy. They only interested in getting paid at everyone else's expense. STD BANK you guys are pathetic to the core.
