Std Bank are ******.

Hi I took a loan from std bank in 2011 for R11 000 and then I wasn't working for 5 months and I did inform std bank that I am not working! Then they handed my account to the attorneys and I have been paying them ever since. I am paying and it doesn't seem to be coming down but its going up every time I pay and now its sitting at R25 000 ! What a **************** is this? Now there's two attorneys that's handling my account so who do I pay? What is going on here? Am I being ********** here? Times are Hard now and I am barely making yet I have to deal with this type of thing! This is unacceptable! I need help on how to get this sorted out please. I am desperate. Thanks.
