I am utterly disappointed in the service I've received from Standard Bank home loan department. As a first time buyer I app**** for a 105% home loan which they approved and I signed and accepted. The very next day they retracted and informed me that the consultant made a mistake and they are now only approving 100%. I am deeply disappointed with the experience I've received from Standard Bank home loan department (needless to say this was my first experience with them) I've made plans based on the original approval and now I cannot fulfill those plans or my dream.
