STD Bank and PS Direct

I app**** through a personal banker (Maggy) for private vehicle finance at Standardbank Centurion. Maggy was very helpful. On the 20th of October I got my contract from Jegels Rooksana when she requested a Tax Invoice from the dealer although it was clear from the start that this is a private deal. The seller spend around R800 so far to get all inspections done. Suddenly I need to go through PS Direct. Quincy is handling the deal and we submitted all documents on the 23rd. He requested the same information again on the 29th and we submitted everything again. We had to do a Bosch inspection paying R968 directly to PS Direct hence the payment to Bosch was around R700. So on the 2nd of November we had to submit documents again that was submitted on the Friday. I also had to get a cover letter from the insurance for the vehicle. When I ask for an update on the 4th Quicy advise me to contact the bank directly to get the status of the transaction. Why do I need to pay PS Direct more than R5,000 for this poor ****py service. I'm a platinum card holder and thinking of moving all my business to another bank.
