STD BANK adding customers to ITC INCORRECTLY and does not fix it.
I SOLD my townhouse in April 2018, and myself and STD Bank signed an AOD for the remaining balance owing on the house, as I sold it at a loss. A few months later I SETTLED the account as well.
I then found out that in April 2018 when I sold the house, that Std Bank LISTED ME ON ITC for BAD DEBT WRITTEN OFF for R921 000 and then R104 000 in April 2018!! WTH??
I am extremely horrified and shocked about why STD Bank has done this?????? At NO POINT was I in arrears or in bad debt!!
I also find myself unemployed and may have just lost a potential income, due to the BAD LISTING ON ITC effected BY STANDARD BANK.
I have been trying FOR MONTHS to get STD Bank and their officials to explain this and RESOLVE this issue, FIX THEIR MISTAKE and REMOVE ME FROM ITC, BUT NO ONE EVER RESPONDS OR GETS BACK TO ME. I have so many emails on this.
This is not acceptable. STD Bank will be directly responsible for my unemployment due to what they have done and I will find myself living on the streets because of their error.
I am livid and at my wits end trying to get help, I will be taking this to the highest possible level as it is obvious that Std Bank does not care what they have done despite all my calls and requests, and the damage that they are causing in my excellent reputation and credit record!
Shocked and horrified as you cannot believe.
