STD BANK

The biggest bank in SA and you cannot get a telephone call through only through to call centre who tell you the top managers are all on remote and sit at home. I get told I MUST sent an e.mail. I needed to speak to the CEO of STD bank Trust as they to do not have a receptionist only individual numbers. When I went into Std bank Trust without an appointment because I could not get through on the phone I was very rudely handled now I try again with no response. So I must trust STD with my money while everyone sits at home?
