Std Bank

standard bank has been debiting my account every month for the past 6 months with the incorrect bond account and then `for a loan that belongs to someone else, then I am left to sit with the unpaid charges for debit orders that goes off. prior to that I put a stop on a debit order and the debit order just kept going off also resulting in me having to fit the bill for unpaid charges. then I go into a branch and do a complaint and they come back they not able to help me I must send an email, then I send emails and it gets passed from one department to another and still no feedback as to why and what, I am so fed up with standard bank they are officially the worst bank ever. they just do as they please when you please and do what they want with the customer and you must just accept there ****.
